When do kittens teeth come in. Three week old kittens will have ears that point upwards like a miniature cat. At around 2 weeks of age the little incisors at the front of the mouth begin to show through the gums. The tiny teeth at the front of the mouth called the incisors will start to come through the gums. Kittens start losing their baby teeth around 9 weeks of age and from that time until their adult teeth are fully grown in at 5 to 6 months you can count on lots of chewing action.
Between 4 and 6 months the baby canines premolars and molars are replaced by adult teeth. By the time a kitten reaches six to seven months all of their 30 permanent teeth should have erupted.
